农产品安全监管中农药残留检测存在的问题研究

摘　　要：在当今社会,食品安全已成为公众关注的焦点,而农产品质量安全作为食品安全的基石,其重要性不言而喻。农药残留作为农产品质量安全中的一个核心问题,不仅直接影响消费者的健康,还对生态环境安全构成潜在威胁,因此加强农药残留检测至关重要。但当前在农产品安全监管中,农药残留检测存在技术滞后、监管体系不健全、信息透明度不高及农民安全意识薄弱等问题,不仅制约了农产品质量的提升,也阻碍了农业可持续发展。为全面提升农药残留检测效能,确保农产品质量安全,需要采取引进先进检测技术、完善监管体系、强化数据共享和加强宣传教育等对策。In today’s society,food safety has become the focus of public attention,and the quality and safety of agricultural products as the cornerstone of food safety,its importance is self-evident.As a core issue in the quality and safety of agricultural products,pesticide residues not only directly affect the health of consumers,but also pose a potential threat to the ecological environment safety,so it is very important to strengthen the detection of pesticide residues.However,at present,in the safety supervision of agricultural products,there are problems such as lagging technology,imperfect supervision system,low information transparency and weak safety awareness of farmers,which not only restricts the improvement of the quality of agricultural products,but also hinders the sustainable development of agriculture.In order to comprehensively improve the efficiency of pesticide residue detection and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products,it is necessary to introduce advanced detection technology,improve the supervision system,strengthen data sharing and strengthen publicity and education.
