摘  要:建立液相色谱-质谱/质谱法测定蜂蜜中氯霉素残留量的方法。蜂蜜试样用乙酸乙酯提取,经EN固相萃取柱净化,氮吹浓缩后供液相色谱-质谱/质谱仪测定,内标法定量。结果表明,氯霉素的线性关系良好,检出限为0.04μg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.1μg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为89.5%~104.1%,相对标准偏差为2.98%~3.86%,能满足蜂蜜中氯霉素残留量的监管检测。The method for determining chloramphenicol residues in honey using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry was established.Honey samples were extracted with ethyl acetate,purified using an EN solid phase extraction column,concentrated by nitrogen blowing,and analyzed by liquid chromatographymass spectrometry/mass spectrometer using internal standard method.The results showed that the linear relationship of chloramphenicol was good,with a detection limit of 0.04μg·kg^(-1) and a limit of quantitation of 0.1μg·kg^(-1).The recovery rate was within the range from 89.5%to 104.1%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.98%to 3.86%,which can meet the regulatory detection of chloramphenicol residues in honey.
