摘 要:本文对酶抑制快速检测方法测定蔬菜中5种有机磷农药残留的灵敏度进行研究。通过气相色谱法验证方法的有效性,并开展灵敏度测试。结果表明,酶抑制快速检测方法的稳定性、重复性较好,灵敏度满足5种有机磷农药残留快速检测对检出限的要求,可用于蔬菜产地、农贸市场及基层市场监管部门对果蔬产品中农药残留的快速检测。This paper studies the sensitivity of the enzyme inhibition rapid detection method for the determination of 5 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.The effectiveness of the method was verified by gas chromatography,and sensitivity tests were carried out.The results showed that the enzyme inhibition rapid detection method had good stability and repeatability,and the sensitivity met the requirements for the detection limit of the rapid detection of 5 organophosphorus pesticide residues.It can be used for the rapid detection of pesticide residues in fruit and vegetable products in vegetable production areas,farmers’markets and grassroots market supervision departments.
