摘  要:目的:研究竹餐具中甲醛、三聚氰胺的迁移规律。方法:根据竹餐具产品预期使用方式,模拟不同的实验条件,采用乙酰丙酮分光光度法和高效液相色谱法,分别对竹餐具中甲醛、三聚氰胺迁移量进行测试。结果:在酸性条件下,较高温度会使甲醛和三聚氰胺迁移量显著增大;随着使用次数的增加,甲醛、三聚氰胺的迁移量先增后减,最终达到稳定;使用钢丝球清洗竹餐具表面会加速甲醛、三聚氰胺的逸出。结论:使用温度、使用次数、钢丝球擦洗均会影响竹纤维餐具中甲醛、三聚氰胺的迁移,在餐具安全评价中应给予重视。Objective:To study the migration rule of formaldehyde and melamine in bamboo fiber tablewar.Method:According the expected use of bamboo fiber tablewar,different experimental conditions were selected to test the formaldehyde migration by acetylacetone spectrophotometr and melamine migration by high performance liquid chromatography.Result:Under acidic conditions,the migration of formaldehyde and melamine was significantly increased in high temperature;formaldehyde and melamine migration increased first then decreased with the increase of use times;the use of steel wire balls to clean the surface of bamboo tableware will accelerate the escape of melamine and formaldehyde.Conlusion:Higher temperature,more use time or wire scrubbing conditions would affect migration of formaldehyde and melamine,attention should be paid to the safety of bamboo fiber tablewar.
