摘　　要：本文分析了运动营养食品在体育运动中的应用现状和现存问题,并提出了加强公众教育、提升产品质量、优化监管政策等纾解路径,旨在促进运动营养食品行业的健康发展。This article analyzes the current status and existing problems of the application of sports nutrition foods in sports,and proposes solutions such as strengthening public education,improving product quality,and optimizing regulatory policies,aiming to promote the healthy development of the sports nutrition food industry.
