摘 要:随着我国新职业教育法发布实施,职业教育框架、国家学分银行等体系逐步实践,我国已经形成具有鲜明中国特色的现代职业教育体系雏形。在实践中,职业教育发展模式受社会地区经济发展、劳动力资源结构、社会民众心理、政府政策等多因素影响,是一项系统性工程,它们对现代职业教育体系的形成和发展成效具有重大影响和作用。文章从职业教育发展社会系统论视野出发,以德国和新加坡职业教育发展模式为对照,针对“双元制”“教学工厂”等典型职业教育的成长模式,分析中国现代职业教育模式与社会发展的内在关联和机制,以期带来启示和完善中国特色的现代职业教育发展模式。With the promulgation and implementation of China's new Vocational Education Law,and the gradual implementation of the vocational education framework and the National Credits Bank system,China has begun to take shape in developing a modern vocational education system with distinctive Chinese characteristics.In practice,the development model of vocational education is influenced by multiple factors such as regional socio-economic development,labor resource structure,societal psychology,and government policies.It is a systematic project that significantly impacts the formation and effectiveness of the modern vocational education system.From the perspective of the social system theory of vocational education development,and with a comparison to the vocational education development models of Germany and Singapore,this paper analyzes the growth models of typical vocational education such as the "dual system" and the "teaching factory".It explores the intrinsic relationship and mechanisms between China's modern vocational education model and social development,aiming to provide insights and improve the development model of modern vocational education with Chinese characteristics.
