摘  要:以某地区高职院校为例,运用问卷调研、深度访谈和非参与观察等研究手段,揭示“四气五味”理念下学风建设的特点与优势,并对标不同学风层次的影响因素与调整机制进行深入剖析。研究结果发现,依循“四气五味”策略的高职院校在学风及学生能力培养方面具有更明显的提升,学生的综合素质和创新能力获得有效激发。进一步构建了“四气五味”学风建设的操作框架和实施路径,为高职院校培养技术技能型人才提供了新的方法论,并对现有学风建设理论做出了拓展与深化。Vocational colleges still face numerous challenges in academic atmosphere construction,such as the lack of systematic construction strategies and inadequate awareness among teachers and students.This paper applies the philosophy of "Four Qi and Five Flavors" to academic atmosphere construction in vocational colleges.Taking a vocational college in a certain region as an example,this paper employs research methods such as questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews,and non-participant observations to obtain corresponding data.Through comparative studies,the paper reveals the characteristics and advantages of academic atmosphere construction based on the concept of "Four Qi and Five Flavors," and conducts an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors and adjustment mechanisms of different levels of academic atmosphere.The research findings indicate that vocational colleges following the strategy of "Four Qi and Five Flavors" exhibit more significant improvements in academic atmosphere and student ability cultivation,with students' overall quality and innovation capabilities being effectively stimulated.Furthermore,an operational framework and implementation path for academic atmosphere construction based on "Four Qi and Five Flavors" are constructed,providing a new methodology for vocational colleges to cultivate technical and skilled talents and expanding and deepening the existing theory on academic atmosphere construction.
