摘 要:建设教师共同体是打造新时代高素质专业化教师队伍、促进教育和谐发展的重要举措。从社会哲学维度和语言哲学维度来看,交往行动理论将现代社会发展的症结归结于人们的社会生活和人际交往的公共领域,认为人们交往行为的合理与否是影响个体发展和社会团结的关键因素。这一重要观点为我们反观当前教师共同体所面临的实践困境提供了新的研究视角。在交往行动理论视域下,鼓励教师共同体成员之间开展交往活动具有必要性与可行性。真正教师共同体的生成应以交往为始基,通过引导教师进行合理交往,最终达成教师专业发展的职业愿景。未来教师共同体的建构需从创设理想话语情景、建立主体间性关系、彰显民主性对话等核心要素出发,努力构建教师共同体内部的交往关系,促进教师间的良性互动与理解认同,推动个体与群体的共同发展。The construction of teacher community is an important measure to build a team of high-quality professional teachers and promote the harmonious development of education in the new era.From the perspectives of social philosophy and linguistic philosophy,the theory of communicative action attributes the crux of modern social development to the public sphere of people’s social life and interpersonal communication,and believes that the rationality of people’s communicative behavior is a key factor affecting individual development and social unity.This important viewpoint provides a new research perspective for us to reflect on the practical difficulties faced by the current teacher community.From the perspective of communicative action theory,it is necessary and feasible to encourage members of the teacher community to engage in communicative activities.The generation of a true teacher community should start with communication,guide teachers to engage in reasonable communication,and ultimately achieve the career vision of teacher professional development.The construction of the future teacher community needs to start from the core elements of creating ideal discourse scenarios,establishing inter subject relationships,and demonstrating democratic dialogue,striving to build internal communication relationships within the teacher community,promoting the positive interaction and understanding among teachers,and promoting the common development of individuals and groups.
