摘  要:为推动新质生产力发展,贡献新时代高等教育力量,适应实战化教学背景下的教学教育改革要求,解决院校理论授课与实战任务贴合不紧密的问题,在预防医学专业本科生授课中以“化学救援”案例式教学为例,进行以优化人才培养目标,增加实践课程教学内容,调整教学模式和方法等教学改革与实施。在收集设计典型化学救援案例中,根据实际需求列举关键现实问题,以学员为中心,以问题为导向,以情景式分组讨论形式,提出解决方案,集体总结评价等是课程改革与实施的重要创新。通过以问题为导向的案例式教学课内实践,进行课堂内外有效衔接,为理论知识巩固与实践能力强化提供有效途径,达到显著的育人效果,很好地发挥高等教育在创新人才培养中的示范作用,为新时代新质生产力的形成和发展做出重要贡献。In order to promote the development of new-quality productive forces,contribute to the strength of higher education in the new era,meet the requirements of teaching and education reform under the background of practical teaching,and solve the problem of incompatibility between theoretical teaching and practical tasks in colleges and universities,in the teaching of“chemical rescue”for undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine,taking case-based teaching of“chemical rescue”as an example,the teaching reform and implementation are carried out to optimize the goal of talent training,increase the teaching content of practical courses,and adjust the teaching model and method.It is an important innovation in curriculum reform and implementation to list key practical problems according to actual needs in the collection and design of typical chemical rescue cases,to be student-centered,problem-oriented,to put forward solutions in the form of situational group discussions,and to collectively summarize and evaluate.Through the in-class practice of problem-oriented case-based teaching,an effective connection inside and outside the classroom is carried out,which provides an effective way for the consolidation of theoretical knowledge and the strengthening of practical ability,and achieves a remarkable educational effect.It gives full play to the exemplary role of higher education in the cultivation of innovative talents,and is an important contribution to the formation and development of new productive forces in the new era.
