摘  要:为了满足我国经济高质量发展的人才需求,高职升格为本科成了高等职业教育发展趋势。随着学校层次的提升,教师的教学能力也需要转型升级。本文通过现状分析,从发挥自身实践优势、自我调节策略以及利用人工智能辅助工具三个方面提出了解决办法,为新升格本科院校中教师教学能力的提升提供了策略性建议,为推动高等职业教育的持续发展提供了有价值的参考。In order to meet the demand for talents for the high-quality development of China’s economy,the upgrading of higher vocational to undergraduate has become a trend in the development of higher vocational education.With the upgrading of the school level,the teaching ability of teachers also needs to be transformed and upgraded.Through the analysis of the current situation,this paper proposes solutions from three aspects,namely,exerting one’s own practical advantages,self-regulation strategies,and utilizing artificial intelligence auxiliary tools,to provide strategic suggestions for the enhancement of teachers’teaching ability in the newly upgraded undergraduate colleges and universities,and to provide valuable references for the promotion of the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
