摘  要:为了确保重型车辆在高山地区弯坡道路下坡行驶时控制系统的及时介入,要对重型车辆行驶稳定性进行准确判定。针对目前高山地区弯坡道路的复杂性,重型车辆的车辆稳定性判定尚有不足,设计了一种基于改进人工蜂群k均值算法(IABC-Kmean)的车辆稳定性判定方法。基于Trucksim搭建弯坡道路模型和重型车辆模型,进行大量仿真得到表征车辆稳定性的状态参数数据,把得到的数据通过IABC-Kmean算法进行聚类得到聚类中心和车辆稳定性等级。首先建立Trucksim与Simulink联合仿真平台,通过实时计算车辆行驶得到的稳定性状态参数数据与聚类中心的欧氏距离来判断车辆的稳定性等级。选取轮胎力法作为基准判据,对基于改进人工蜂群K均值算法的判定方法进行分析,最后将判定结果作为稳定性控制策略介入的依据,通过Trucksim/Simulink联合仿真,验证了该稳定性判别方法的有效性和准确性。In order to ensure the timely intervention of the control system when heavy vehicles are driving downhill on curved roads in high mountains,it is necessary to accurately determine the driving stability of heavy vehicles.In view of the current complexity of curved roads in mountainous areas,the vehicle stability judgment of heavy vehicles is still insufficient,and a vehicle stability judgment method based on the improved artificial bee colony K-mean algorithm(IABC-Kmean)is designed.The curved road model and heavy vehicle model are built based on Trucksim,and a large number of simulations are performed to obtain state parameter data that characterizes the stability of the vehicle.The obtained data is clustered through the IABC-Kmean algorithm to obtain the cluster center and the vehicle stability level.Firstly,a joint simulation platform of Trucksim and Simulink is established,and the stability level of the vehicle is judged by real-time calculation of the Euclidean distance between the stability state parameter data obtained by the vehicle driving and the cluster center.The tire force method is selected as the benchmark criterion,and the judgment method based on the improved artificial bee colony K-means algorithm is analyzed.Finally,the judgment result is used as the basis for the intervention of the stability control strategy,and through Trucksim/Simulink co-simulation,the validity and accuracy of the stability judgment method are verified.
