摘　　要：“新双高”建设强调职业院校的人才培养应与区域产业发展相匹配。为了解武汉地区Web前端开发的人才需求,通过采集网络招聘网站的岗位数据,进行数据预处理与统计分析,得到了Web前端开发各岗位的数量需求分布、工作经验要求、岗位能力要求等具体信息。在人才需求调研的基础上,深入分析高职院校Web前端开发人才培养与人才需求的匹配状况,提出增强人才培养与社会需求适配度的相关建议。New Double High-level Construction Plan emphasizes that talent cultivation in vocational colleges should match regional industrial development.To learn about the demand for Web front-end development talents in Wuhan,data of positions from recruitment Websites were collected and processed,statistical analysis was made,specific information about the number of talents needed for each position,requirements for work experience and ability for various positions in Web front-end development has been obtained.Based on research on the demand for talents,this paper analyzes the situation of training of Web front-end development talents in higher vocational colleges and regional demand,and puts forward suggestions to enhance the adaptability of talent cultivation to social needs.
