摘  要:在“一带一路”倡议下,我国职业院校教育国际化水平逐渐提升。伴随着服务国际产能合作,各地中高职院校加速推进海外办学进程,越来越多的职业教育专业和课程标准走出国门。同时,高职院校也在积极招收来华留学生,充分开发非学历培训项目。但是,体系建设不完善,管理效能偏低;课程针对性不高,培养模式单一;师资力量不足,国际化素养不高等问题依然突出。针对以上问题,提出建立健全管理制度,提高组织管理效能;调整课程体系设置,丰富人才培养模式;营造国际化培育环境,提升教师国际化素养具有重要意义。Under the“the Belt and Road”initiative,the internationalization level of vocational college education in China has gradually improved.With the cooperation in serving international production capacity,vocational colleges in various regions are accelerating the process of overseas education,and more and more vocational education professional standards and curriculum standards are“going global”.At the same time,vocational colleges are actively recruiting international students to China and fully developing non degree training programs.However,the system construction is not perfect and the management efficiency is low;The course is not highly targeted and the training mode is single;The problems of insufficient teaching staff and low international literacy are still prominent.To address the above issues,establish and improve management systems to enhance organizational management efficiency;Adjust the curriculum system and enrich the talent cultivation mode;Create an international cultivation environment and enhance teachers’international literacy.
