摘  要:岗课赛证融通育人是高职英语专业人才培养模式改革的主要方向。要提高岗课赛证融通育人实效,高职英语专业要依据企业岗位标准实施课程改革,构建“三型递进”英语课程结构体系;以高水平英语职业技能大赛为载体,提升学生综合职业能力;将职业能力证书元素有效融入英语专业教学方案,构建课证融合教学体系;促进岗课赛证多要素全方位、全过程融合,构建多元联动的高职英语教学机制。The integration education of post,course,competition and certificate is the main direction of the reform of the talent training mode for higher vocational English majors.In order to improve the effect of integration education of post,course,competition and certificate,English majors in higher vocational colleges should carry out curriculum reform according to the post standards of enterprises and build a“three-type progressive”English curriculum structure system;Take high-level English vocational skills competition as the carrier to improve students'comprehensive vocational ability;Effectively integrate the elements of vocational competence certificate into the teaching scheme of English majors,and construct the integrated teaching system of course certificate;Promote the integration of multiple elements and the whole process,and build a multi-linkage mechanism of English teaching in higher vocational colleges.
