摘  要:药物分析是一门实践性很强的药学类本科专业的核心课程,灵活地将思政元素与科研实例有机融合,充分发挥教学研与思政教育的协同作用,增强学生在知识传播中的专业认同感,实现思政教育在药物分析课程中的育人功能。在进行样品前处理学习时进行项目化设计,建立了基于超声辅助-分散液液微萃取与高效液相色谱联用的方法,快速检测4种苯系物。对影响萃取效果的因素进行了优化,包括萃取剂种类与用量、分散剂种类与用量等。本实验能够锻炼学生对仪器的合理使用,熟悉超声辅助-分散液液微萃取与高效液相色谱联用的方法,促进教学研究与课程思政全面协同发展,从而培养科学能力,提升科学素养。Pharmaceutical analysis is a highly practical core course for undergraduate pharmacy majors.It flexibly integrates ideological and political elements with scientific research examples,gives full play to the synergistic effect of teaching and research and ideological and political education,enhances students' professional identity in knowledge dissemination,to realize the educational function of pharmaceutical analysis curriculum.The project design was carried out during sample pretreatment learning,and a combined method was established for rapid detection of four benzene series compounds.Parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were optimized,including the type and volume of extractant,the type and volume of dispersant.This experiment can not only exercise students' hands-on operation ability,promote the comprehensive collaborative development of teaching and research and curriculum ideology and politics,so as to cultivate scientific ability and improve scientific literacy.
