摘　　要：目的:编制临床药师培训学员“沟通和接诊能力”评分表新表,为提升临床药师接诊能力、规范床旁考核提供参考。方法:组建由1名医患沟通心理学专家,1名主管医患纠纷的医院人员,1名临床医生带教老师,4名临床药师带教老师,2名临床药师培训基地业务主任构成的专家咨询团队,运用专家咨询法构建新表初稿;然后运用电子问卷,调查四川省13家临床药师培训基地药学带教老师对新表初稿的意见,问卷结果经专家权威系数校正后,由专家咨询团队再次审查、讨论一致后形成新表。结果:经2轮专家咨询、问卷调查四川省42名主带教临床药师,形成由接诊准备、信息采集、信息给予、沟通技巧4部分组成,包含35个条目的新表;所有条目重要性得分均>3分,一级指标的协调指数w=0.32,P<0.01,二级指标的协调指数w=0.24,P<0.01。结论:新表同质性良好,对沟通和接诊能力有更完善的评估,但还需开展大样本、以学员为研究对象的新旧表对照研究来验证其信效度。OBJECTIVE To develop a communication technology evaluation scale for clinical pharmacist trainees and pro-vide references for improving clinical pharmacist reception capabilities and standardizing bedside assessments.METHODS An expert consultation team consisting of a doctor-patient communication psychology expert,a hospital personnel in charge of doctor-patient disputes,a clinical physician supervisor,four clinical pharmacist instructors and two pharmacy directors was established.Expert consulting was employed for constructing an initial draft of new form.A online questionnaire survey was conducted on the opinions of pharmacy instructors from 13 clinical pharmacist training bases in Sichuan Province.The questionnaire responses were corrected by expert authority coefficients and reviewed by the expert consulting team before forming a new form.RESULTS After two rounds of expert consultation and questionnaire survey among 42 clinical pharmacists in Sichuan Province,a new evalua-tion scale consisting of 35 items was formed,consisting of four domains of reception preparation,information collection,informa-tion provision and communication skills.The necessity score of all items was>3 points.The coordination index of the first-level indicator was w=0.32,P<0.01 and the coordination index of secondary indicator w=0.24,P<0.01.CONCLUSION The homogeneity of new evaluation scale is excellent.It requires a more comprehensive assessment of communication and reception capabilities.However,it is necessary to conduct a comparative study of new and old scales with students as research subjects for verifying its reliability and validity.
