摘　　要：百年大计,教育为本。作为人才培养的主要阵地,高等教育在促进新质生产力发展中发挥着重要作用。围绕新质生产力对高素质劳动者的需求探究俄语人才培养具有现实意义。在俄语教育事业中我们应遵循外语人才培养客观规律,提高人才培养与新质生产力需求的匹配度,做好全面规划,通过纵向贯通形成基础教育、中等教育与高等教育贯通衔接的人才培养体系,以横向融通突破高校学科壁垒,优化多元化课程体系,构建复合结构的教师团队,形成多主体协同合力,展开智慧数字化育人,营造优质俄语人才培养生态,全方位提升俄语教育质量,赋能新质生产力,为国家经济建设输送具有扎实语言技能、跨学科知识储备、良好综合素质能力的复合型俄语人才。Education is a project of vital and lasting importance,and as the main arena for talent cultivation,higher education plays a crucial role in promoting the development of new quality productivity.It is of practical significance to explore the cultivation of Russian language talents in response to the demand for high-quality laborers driven by new quality productivity.In the respect of Russian language education,the objective laws of foreign language talent cultivation should be adhered to,alignment between talent cultivation and the demands of new quality productivity should be improved,which require comprehensive planning,the construction of an integrated talent cultivation system covering primary,secondary,and higher education by means of vertical integration.Moreover,the disciplinary barriers in universities should be overcome by means of horizontal integration which requires the optimization of diversified curriculum system and construction of a teaching staff of interdisciplinary backgrounds.As a result,a collaborative synergy among multiple entities could be achieved in order to implement intelligent digital education,create a high-quality ecosystem for Russian language talent cultivation,improve the overall quality of Russian language education,empower new quality productivity,and cultivate Russian language talents who possess solid linguistic skills,interdisciplinary knowledge reserves,and well-rounded abilities.
