摘　　要：校企合作是高校人才培养、企业科技创新和科技成果转化的重要途径之一,高校师资队伍是高校应用型人才培养的关键因素。在新时代背景下研究高校师资队伍培养的路径和方法,以西安航空学院理学院的具体做法,探讨高校、企业人才培养共赢的新途径,同时也提出了实践过程中需要改进的事项,对于校企合作背景下的高校师资队伍建设具有一定的现实意义,同时对于深度的校企合作也有一定的启发作用。University-enterprise cooperation is one of the important ways to train talents,to innovate and to transform scientific and technological achievements.In this paper,under the background of the new era,we study the ways and methods of culti-vating the teaching staff in colleges and universities,at the same time,it also puts forward the items that need to be improved in practice,which has a certain practical significance for the construction of teaching staff under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,and also has a certain enlightening effect on the in-depth school-enterprise cooperation.
