以阿司匹林教学为例的“药物化学”五步教学法探究与实践

摘　　要：“药物化学”是药学、临床药学、海洋药学等专业的专业基础课程,在“药物化学”课程教学中注重知识输送与能力、素质培养,一方面提升了教师的教学水平,另一方面也激发了学生的主观能动性,促进了知识目标、能力目标和素质目标的融合,提高了人才培养的质量,提升了立德树人的成效。以解热镇痛药阿司匹林的教学设计为例,采用课程导入设计、课程思政设计、教学内容设计、教学拓展设计、教学反思五步法,探索在“药物化学”课程中开展高质量教学设计的有效路径。Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a fundamental course for majors such as pharmacy,clinical pharmacy,and marine pharmacy.In the teaching of Pharmaceutical Chemistry,we attach equal importance to knowledge transmission,ability,and quality cultivation.On the one hand,it improves the teaching level of teachers,and on the other hand,it stimulates students’subjective initiative,promotes the combination of knowledge goals,ability goals,and quality goals,improves the quality of talent cultivation,and enhances the effectiveness of moral education.This article takes the teaching design of the antipyretic and analgesic drug aspirin as an example,and adopts a five-step method of course introduction design,course ideological and political design,teaching content design,teaching expansion design,and teaching reflection to explore an effective path to carry out high-quality teaching design in Pharmaceutical Chemistry courses.
