摘　　要：传统职业教育在人才培养过程中往往较为侧重技能训练,相对忽视了德育在人才培养各个环节中的有效渗透。在新的时代背景下,课程建设不仅要保证学生对职业技能的掌握,还要将“大思政”理念融入课程的建设,以适应现代职业教育课程体系的发展需求。从深化产教融合、推进“三创教育”改革、完善人才培养体系等方面入手,并为更好地服务区域产业升级发展,帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,提高学生的社会责任感和创新能力,探索新时代精品在线课程在厚德强技教育背景下的优化策略。In the process of talent cultivation,traditional vocational education often overly emphasizes skills training while relatively neglecting the effective infiltration of moral education in all aspects of talent cultivation.Under the new era background,curriculum construction should not only ensure students’mastery of vocational skills,but also integrate the concept of“general ideological and political education”into the construction of courses to meet the development needs of the modern vocational education curriculum system.This paper explores the optimization strategies of high-quality online courses in the context of cultivating morality and strengthening skills education from the perspectives of deepening industry-education integration,promoting the reform of“innovation,entrepreneurship,and creativity education”,and improving the talent cultivation system.The goal is to better serve the industrial upgrading and development of the region,help students establish correct outlooks on life,values,and world views,and enhance their sense of social responsibility and innovative ability.
