摘　　要：基于与健康相关的政治经济学理论,采用理论研究与文献分析相结合的方法,探讨马克思健康政治经济学的方法论及其当代意蕴。马克思运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义世界观与方法论揭示了资本主义社会卫生健康问题的本质,其健康政治经济学方法论不仅具有整体性,还具有层次性,是整体性和层次性的有机结合,其对我国新时代健康政治经济学的发展具有重要的启示。Based on health related theory of political economy,the discussion was carried out by combining theoretical research with literature analysis to explore Marx's methodology of political economy of health and its comtemporory implications.Marx applied the world outlook and methodology of dialectical and historical materialism and found out the essence of health and health care in capitalist society.His methodology of political economy of health contains the characteristics of totality and coherence,which is the organic synthesis of the two,It has important implications for the development of political economy of health in the new era.
