摘  要:由于社会文化、风俗习惯、教育背景、思维方式等的差异,留学生在中医教育方面存在“先天不足”。作为中医临床带教老师,应用“后天养先天”的理论,采用翻转课堂(FCM)教学模式补养“后天”,以弥补留学生“先天”文化背景不同带来的差异,从而提高教学效果。FCM分课前、课中、课后三个阶段,根据留学生跨文化适应能力的不同,选择不同的课前“进补”方式;通过良好的生生互动和师生互动,形成课堂良性循环;通过运用和讨论,达到知识的内化吸收。由此可见,FCM在留学生中医教育中存在一定的优势,值得推广。Due to the differences in social culture,customs,educational background,and mode of thinking,foreign students have the problem of“congenital defects”in traditional Chinese medicine education.As a clinical teaching teacher of traditional Chinese medicine,the authors applied the theory of“making up for congenital defects by cultivating acquired defects”and adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode to make up for the differences caused by different cultural backgrounds of“congenital defects”of foreign students,so as to improve the teaching effect.The flipped classroom is divided into three stages as before class,during class and after class.According to the different cross-cultural adaptability of foreign students,different ways of“learning”before class were selected.Through good student-student interaction and teacher-student interaction,a virtuous circle in the classroom was formed.Through the use and discussion of knowledge,the internalization and absorption of knowledge can be achieved.It can be seen that flipped classroom has certain advantages in traditional Chinese medicine education for foreign students and is worth promoting.
