摘　　要：基于诊断学课程具有理论的独特性、知识的承接性、实践操作的通用性和临床思维的连贯性等特点,河南中医药大学第一临床医学院中西医结合诊断教研室结合当今互联网线上线下的智慧教学模式,将智慧教学引入课程内外,在教学中紧扣教学大纲,层层深入,构建师生共同参与配合的教学方法。文章详细介绍了诊断学智慧教学的概念、特点和实施方法,并讨论了这种教学方法在临床课程中的应用价值和优势。Based on the uniqueness of theory,the continuity of knowledge,the universality of practical operation,and the continuity of clinical thinking,the course of diagnostics has many characteristics.In combination with the online and offline intelligent teaching mode of the Internet,teachers of The First Clinical Medical College of Henan University of Chinese Medicine introduced intelligent teaching into the curriculum and beyond,closely followed the syllabus in teaching,and built a teaching design method with the joint participation of teachers and students.This article introduced the concept,characteristics and implementation methods of the intelligent teaching of diagnostics in detail,and discussed the application value and advantages of this teaching method in clinical course teaching.
