高校德育师生“半陌生人”关系探析

摘　　要：在大学道德教育中,师生之间形成的“半陌生人”关系对教育效果产生了明显的负面影响。这种“半陌生人”关系的形成,部分原因可以归结为高等教育的大众化、师生比例失调等教学组织因素。然而,更为重要的原因则在于道德教育内容的规范性、未来性、整体性、超越性和理论性以及社会外部环境的综合影响。值得注意的是,这种“半陌生人”关系不同于彻底的“陌生人”关系,师生之间仍保持着最基本的信任,传统的师生伦理如传道、授业、解惑等依然是普遍的理想,学生也普遍渴望能接受到真正的教育并获得实质性的提高。这种基本的信任和期望为师生关系的改进以及道德教育质量的提升提供了前提和可能性。为了改善师生关系和提升德育教学质量,可以从技术、内容、角色和意识等多个角度设计具体对策。The“half-stranger”relationship formed between teachers and students in college moral education has a negative impact on the effectiveness of moral education.The formation of this“half-stranger”relationship can be attributed partly to teaching organizational factors such as the popularization of higher education and the imbalance of teacher-student ratio.However,the more important reason lies in the standardization,future,integrity,transcendence and theory of the content of moral education,as well as the comprehensive influence of social external environment.It is worth noting that the“half-stranger”relationship between teachers and students is different from the complete“stranger”relationship.There is still the most basic trust between teachers and students,and traditional teacher-student ethics such as preaching,teaching,and solving doubts are still universal ideals.Students also generally hope to receive real education and genuine improvement.This provides a basic premise and possibility for the improvement of teacher-student relationship and the quality of moral education.In order to improve the relationship between teachers and students and enhance the quality of moral education teaching,we can design specific countermeasures from the perspectives of technology,content,role and consciousness.
