摘 要:为探究香合欢林分在不同林龄中植物群落、土壤理化及酶活性的时空变化规律,在广西雅长林场以不同生长阶段香合欢天然次生林为研究对象,采用单因素方差分析、相关性分析等研究方法探究香合欢林分群落、土壤随林龄的变化规律。结果表明:随林龄增大,土壤pH呈逐渐下降趋势,为偏酸性;土壤养分含量随林龄增大呈先升后降趋势,中龄林土壤养分含量积累较高;成熟林C∶P、N∶P显著最高;幼龄林ACP活性要显著高于成熟林;乔木层成熟林Shannon指数要显著高于幼龄林和中龄林,草本层幼龄林Shannon指数和Pielou均匀度指数均显著最高,而Simpson优势度指数显著最低。土壤理化性质与Simpson指数、SAC、CAT和ACP多呈显著正相关,与Shannon指数、Pielou指数和URE多呈显著负相关,酶活与化学计量比多呈显著负相关。林龄对香合欢林分植被群落、土壤影响显著,植物群落与土壤理化性质、酶活之间联系紧密。To investigate the spatial and temporal patterns of forest community diversity,soil physicochemical properties,and enzyme activities in different forest stands of Albizia odoratissima,natural forests of A.odoratissima of various ages were collected from the Yachang forest field of Guangxi.One-way analysis of variance and correlation analysis were used to study the changes in the communities and soils of the forests of A.odoratissima with the successional process.The results revealed that as the forest stand area increased,the soil and community of A.odoratissima forests changed.The soil pH shows a de-creasing trend,and it is acidic;the soil nutrient contents tend to increase and then decrease,and H accumulates more soil nu-trients;M has the highest C:P and N:P;the ACP activity of Y is higher than that of M;the tree layers have the highest C:P and N:P.The ACP activity of Y is higher than that of M;the Shannon index is significantly higher in M than in Y and H in the tree layer;the Shannon index and Pielou index are remarkably the highest in Y in the herb layer,whereas the Simpson index is significantly lower.The soil physicochemical properties show significant positive correlations with the Simpson index,SAC,CAT,and ACP,negative correlations with the Shannon index,Pielou index,and URE,and negatively correlated with enzyme activities and stoichiometric ratios.The forest age had a significant effect on the vegetation community and soil of the A.odoratissima forest,and there was a strong association between the plant community and the soil’s physicochemical properties and enzyme activities.
