核心素养导向下体育与健康课堂“教-学-评”一致性的内涵厘定、现实价值与实践理路

摘  要:实现课堂“教-学-评”一致性是深化体育与健康课程教学改革的关键路径,能够为培育学生体育与健康核心素养、提升课堂教学的有效性提供强有力的教学保障,也有利于促进基层体育教师的专业自主发展。研究认为:体育与健康课堂“教-学-评”一致性是指在教学设计与实施过程中,始终以体育与健康核心素养为目标导向,预期层、感知层与运作层课堂的“教-学-评”要素均要保持素养目标的一致。以水平四篮球运动教学为例,阐明体育与健康课堂“教-学-评”一致性的实践理路:1)从课程标准、体育教材、学生学情方面解析素养目标大概念,形成预期课堂素养目标;2)对素养目标进行具体化与层次划分后确立学习目标,并设置课堂学习效果评价框架,以此设立学习路径与学习任务;3)在教学实施上应秉持以体育与健康核心素养为本的课堂教学思维,达成“教师教导-学生学习-课堂评价”三者的互通互联;4)加强对体育与健康3个层次课堂“教-学-评”一致性的教学反思。Realizing the consistency of“teaching-learning-evaluation”is a key path to deepen the reform of physical education and health curriculum teaching,which can provide strong teaching guarantees for cultivating students’core competencies in physical education and health,improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching and promoting the professional independent development of grassroots physical education teachers.The study suggests that the consistency of“teaching-learning-evaluation”in physical education and health classes refers to the consistent goal orientation of core competencies in physical education and health throughout the process of teaching design and implementation.And the elements of“teaching,learning,and evaluation”in the expected,perceived and operational levels of classes must maintain consistency in competency objectives.Taking Level 4 basketball teaching as an example,the study elaborates on the practical approaches to the consistency of“teaching-learning-evaluation”in physical education and health classes:1)To analyze the concept of competency goals from curriculum standards,physical education textbooks and student learning situations to form expected classroom competency goals;2)To establish learning objectives and set up a classroom learning effectiveness evaluation framework,after concretizing and categorizing competency goals,to build up learning paths and tasks;3)To adhere to the classroom teaching thinking based on the core competency of sports and health to achieve the interconnection of“teacher teaching-student learning-class evaluation”in the implementation of teaching;4)To strengthen teaching reflection on the consistency of“teaching-learning-evaluation”on the three levels of physical education and health classes.
