摘　　要：在高职就业工作的各工作环节,都需要进行系统性谋划和阶段性推进。构建按类型、分阶段、定目标、列举措的“四位一体”工作机制,可以从整体上把握学生的就业服务,根据不同阶段在创新就业指导、实习管理、访企拓岗、招聘服务等方面采取目标管理改革,使就业工作实现高校人才培养与社会用人需求的有效匹配。在高职就业工作的各工作环节,都需要进行系统性谋划和阶段性推进。构建按类型、分阶段、定目标、列举措。Systematic planning and phased advancement are required in all aspects of higher vocational employment work.Constructing a “Four-in-one”employment mechanism by types,stages,goals and measures can provide students with employment services as a whole.Implementing the reform of innovative employment guidance,internship management,enterprises visits,and recruitment services in management by objectives,so that the employment work can achieve an effective match between college talent training and social employment needs.
