摘  要:以习近平法治思想为核心理念的思想体系,是现代社会治理的基本原则和核心价值。高校法治教育是培养学生法治意识、法治精神和法治素养的重要环节。本文以习近平法治思想引领高校法治教育为主题,探讨了法治思想在高校法治教育中的内在价值;分析了当前高校法治教育的困境,包括法治教育环境、法治教育课程内容和理念、教师专业水平、教学方法等有待加强;提出了一些优化高校法治教育的对策和建议,包括加强师资队伍建设、优化法治教育的环境和氛围等。希望以此推动高校法治教育朝着更加科学、丰富和深入的方向发展,提升学生法治素养、培养法治人才。The system of thought with Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law as the core concept is modern social governance's basic principle and core value.Rule of law education in colleges and universities is important in cultivating students'awareness,spirit,and literacy of the rule of law.This paper takes Xi Jinping's rule of law thought leading to the rule of law education in colleges and universities as the theme,and discusses the intrinsic value of the rule of law thought in the rule of law education in colleges and universities.It analyzes the current dilemmas of the rule of law education in colleges and universities,including the rule of law education environment,the content of the rule of law education courses,the concept,the professional level of teachers,the teaching methods,and other problems.Some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing rule of law education in colleges and universities are put forward,including maintaining the construction of teachers,optimizing the environment and atmosphere of rule of law education,etc.,and hope to promote the rule of law education in colleges and universities in the direction of more scientific,rich and in-depth development,enhance the students'rule of law literacy and cultivate the rule of law talents.
