摘　　要：随着社会的发展和就业环境的变化,传统的硬技能已经不能满足当代大学生的发展需求。软技能作为一种跨专业、多功能的个人能力,包括但不限于人际交往、沟通、领导力等相关的个人素质和技能。应用型本科高校大学生软技能的提升,可以帮助大学生更好地与他人进行合作与沟通,提高工作效率,促进职业发展,对大学生的职业生涯发展非常重要。文章分析了大学生软技能存在的问题,并从课程设置、培养途径及评价体系等方面提出了相应的对策,以期对大学生软技能的培养提升有所助益。With the development of society and the change of employment environment,traditional hard skills can no longer meet the development needs of contemporary college students.Soft skills,as a kind of cross-professional and multi-functional personal ability,include but are not limited to interpersonal relationship,communication,leadership and other related personal qualities and skills.The improvement of soft skills of application-oriented undergraduate universities students can help them better cooperate and communicate with others,improve work efficiency and promote career development,which is very important for the career development of college students.This paper analyzes the problems existing in college students' soft skills,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of curriculum setting,training ways and evaluation system,so as to contribute to the cultivation and improvement of college students' soft skills.
