摘　　要：在“双高计划”背景下,构建以职业素养培育为核心的基层医学生课程思政教育教学体系,是培养高素质医疗卫生技能人才的重要途径。高职院校可通过优化课程体系与内容、改革教学模式和方法、完善评价体系、加强师资队伍建设及建立协同育人机制等途径构建课程思政教育教学体系,以提升基层医学生的职业素养,实现课程思政与职业素养培育的融合,为培养德才兼备的高素质基层医疗卫生人才提供强有力的支撑。Under the background of the“double high plan”,constructing of teaching system of ideological and political education in the curriculum for basic-orientation medical students with professional quality cultivation as the core is an important way to cultivate high-quality medical and health skilled talents.To improve the professional quality of basic-orientation medical students,higher vocational colleges can construct the teaching system of curriculum ideology and politics through optimizing the curriculum system and content,reforming the teaching mode and method,perfecting the evaluation system,strengthening the construction of teachers and establishing the cooperative education mechanism.This can realize the integration of ideological and political education in the curriculum with professional quality cultivation,and provide strong support for cultivating high-quality basicorientation medical and health talents with both morality and ability.
