摘  要:教育教学改革作为职业教育高质量发展的内生动力,关系到职业学校输出人才整体质量的提升。为寻求最精准的改革依据,全面提升学生职业能力水平,苏州某学校汽车专业引入COMET职业能力测评体系,基于学校汽车专业学生的总体测评结果,确定出薄弱评价指标,并结合汽车专业建设人才培养现状,从微观层面对标薄弱评价指标,抽丝剥茧,从差异中寻求共性,从师资建设、课程体系、校企合作等方面,探索适合特定学校教育教学改革的建议。Education and teaching reform,as the endogenous driving force for the high-quality development of the vocational education,is related to the improvement of the overall quality of the output talents of vocational schools.In order to seek the most accurate basis for reform and comprehensively raise the level of students’professional competence,based on the overall evaluation results of the students majoring in automobile,this paper determines the weak evaluation indexes,and combines the status quo of the talent training of automobile specialty construction,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of the students majoring in automobile,from the micro-level to the weak evaluation indicators,from the differences and common ground,from the construction of teachers,curriculum system,school-enterprise cooperation,etc.,providing reference for education and teaching reform.
