摘　　要：助产士是我国医药卫生领域急需的紧缺专门人才之一,助产专业发展迫在眉睫。为适应社会需求,昆明卫生职业学院构建了“一体三元五层”的高职助产专业人才培养模式,通过建立助产专业建设指导委员会、构建模块化助产专业课程体系、实践教学体系、“双师型”教师教学队伍建设平台,实践教学基地建设等措施,加强创新创业素质培养、实践教学体系和平台建设、加强师资队伍建设等,不断完善人才培养方案,培养“医善在心,医技在手”的懂技能、高素质的新型助产人才。Midwifery is one of the special talents in urgent need of medical and health in China.Midwifery professional development is imminent.In order to meet the needs of society,our college has built a“one body,three parts and five layers”vocational midwifery professional talent training model,through the establishment of the midwifery professional construction steering committee,the construction of modular midwifery professional curriculum system,practical teaching system,dual-tutor teaching team construction platform,practical teaching base construction and other measures.This can strengthen the training of innovation and entrepreneurship quality,practical teaching system and platform construction,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,constantly improve the personnel training program,and cultivate high-quality,skilled and new midwifery talents with“medical kindness and medical skills”.
