产教融合视角下复合型人才培养模式创新与实践

摘　　要：技术大学强调实践教学、侧重应用型研究,与企业深度融合开展教学是培养学生创新能力和工程问题解决能力的关键。深圳技术大学是一所研究技术型高校,积极借鉴德国优秀应用技术大学的办学经验,鼓励二级学院多元化探索适合各专业的校企合作教学模式。详述深圳技术大学药学院及质量和标准学院在校企合作教学方面探索交叉学科复合型、应用型人才的培养路径,分享在实践过程中所面临的挑战及应对做法。以药学院与质量和标准学院联合设立交叉学科专业为例,对其企业需求导向下的培养模式及企业参与日常教学活动的点滴展开实践探讨。Technology universities focus on applied research,practical teaching,and deeply integrate teaching with enterprises,which is important to develop students’innovation ability and engineering problem-solving ability.Shenzhen Technology University is a research-oriented university that draws on the experience of German applied technology universities and encourage colleges to develop school-enterprise cooperative teaching methods.This article demonstrates a novel way of cooperation between interdisciplinary majors Pharmacy and Quality and Standards in exploring methods for cultivating versatile talents.Taking the establishment of interdisciplinary disciplines between the School of Pharmacy and the School of Quality and Standards as an example,the training mode under the guidance of enterprise needs and the practice of enterprises’participation in daily teaching activities will be discussed.
