摘  要:“双高计划”的推进使得高职院校产教融合面临新机遇与挑战。本文剖析了“双高”对高职院校产教融合在人才培养目标、课程体系构建、师资队伍建设等方面提出的新要求。通过调研多所双高院校产教融合实践现状,梳理出当前存在的诸如企业参与深度不足、课程与产业需求对接不够精准、“双师型”教师培养体系有待优化等问题。进而从完善协同育人机制、优化课程与产业协同创新、打造高水平“双师型”师资队伍、强化政策与资源保障等多路径展开深入探讨,旨在为高职院校在双高背景下进一步深化产教融合,提升人才培养质量与社会服务能力,提供具有参考价值的路径选择与实践建议。The promotion of“Double-high Plan”makes the integration of industry and education in high vocational colleges face new opportunities and challenges.The new requirements of“Double High”for the integration of industry and education in high vocational colleges in the aspects of talent training objectives,the construction of curriculum system and the construction of teaching teams are analyzed.Through investigating the current situation of the integration of industry and education in many Double-high universities,the existing problems such as the lack of depth of enterprise participation,the inaccurate connection between curriculum and industrial demand,and the“Double-qualified”teacher training system to be optimized are sorted out.Then from perfecting the collaborative education mechanism,optimization curriculum and industrial collaborative innovation,a high level“Double type”teaching team is built,strengthened policy and resource security path are discussed,for high vocational colleges under the background of twin further deepening teaching fusion,the quality of talent training and social service ability are improved,the reference value of path selection and practical advice are provided.
