摘　　要：在高职院校中,篮球运动的价值日益凸显,在促进学生德、智、体素质的全面发展方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。而高职院校的篮球教育要想更好地发挥出自己的作用,必须要重视篮球训练的有效开展。在这一过程中,做好篮球训练的管理工作就显得尤为重要。本文将从高职院校篮球训练管理的重要性着手,对高职院校篮球训练管理存在的问题进行深入分析,并进一步探讨改进高职院校篮球训练管理的有效策略,以便为篮球运动在高职院校的顺利开展并取得理想的成果提供有益的借鉴。In high vocational colleges,the value of basketball is increasingly prominent,and it plays an increasingly important role in promoting the all-round development of students'moral,intellectual and physical quality.The basketball education in high vocational colleges wants to better play their role,we must pay attention to the effective development of basketball training.In this process,it is particularly important to do a good job in the management of basketball training.This paper will start from the importance of basketball training management in high vocational colleges,the problems of basketball training management in high vocational colleges,and further explore the effective strategy of improving basketball training management in high vocational colleges,in order to smooth the basketball in high vocational colleges and achieve ideal results to provide useful reference.
