摘　　要：高校文化建设是新时代高校建设和社会文化建设的重要组成部分,在对其进行推进、完善的过程中,可以借助和发扬中华优秀传统文化的宝贵经验。我国古代著名思想家老子,曾将自己为人处世所秉持的三大“法宝”总结为:“一曰慈,二曰俭,三曰不敢为天下先。”其涵盖了处理人与人、人与社会、人与自然关系的三个准则,蕴含着丰富的哲学智慧,具有能够超越时空限制、与时俱进的独特价值。该文旨在利用唯物辩证法,分析和借鉴老子的“三宝”思想,并结合高校文化建设实践,将其去芜存菁,从而融入新时代高校文化建设,致力于在高校倡导“自爱、爱他”的慈待行为,弘扬“崇俭戒奢”的传统美德,并辩证吸收“不敢为天下先”的精神内核,助推新时代高校文化建设蓬勃发展。The construction of university culture is an important component of the construction of universities and social culture in the new era.In the process of promoting and improving it,we can draw on and carry forward the valuable experience of excellent traditional Chinese culture.The famous ancient Chinese philosopher Laozi summarized his"three treasures"in dealing with people as follows:"One is mercy,the other is frugality,and the third is not to presume to be ahead of the world."It covers three principles for handling relationships between people,between people and society,and between people and nature,containing rich philosophical wisdom and unique value that can transcend time and space limitations and keep pace with the times.This article aims to use dialectical materialism to analyze and draw on Laozi's"Three Treasures"Ideology,and combine it with the practice of university cultural construction to eliminate the dross and preserve the essence,thus integrating it into the construction of university culture in the new era.It is committed to advocating the benevolent behavior of"self love and love for others"in universities,promoting the traditional virtues of"respecting frugality and abstaining from extravagance",and dialectically absorbing the spiritual core of"not daring to be the first in the world",to promote the vigorous development of cultural construction in universities in the new era.
