开放大学专业技术人员继续教育基地建设路径探究

摘　　要：专业技术人员继续教育是对专业技术人员进行知识更新的一种高层次追加教育,是非学历教育的一种形式。开放大学在转型发展过程中愈加重视依托专业技术人员继续教育基地发挥育人育才的社会作用。然而,专业技术人员继续教育基地建设仍存在综合教学能力不足、建设方向单一、“互联网”+融合不够作用发挥不明显等问题。本文以安徽开放大学为例,从规范培训制度、优化资源建设、加强师资队伍、融入市场发挥品牌效力等方面,提出破解问题的思路和做法,以期为各级开放大学的可持续发展提供新路径。Continuing education for professional and technical personnel is a kind of high-level supplementary education for professional and technical personnel to update their knowledge,and it is a form of non-academic education.In the process of transformation and development,the Open University attaches more importance to the social role of educating talents by relying on the continuing education base of professional and technical personnel.However,there are still some problems in the construction of professional and technical personnel continuing education base,such as lack of comprehensive teaching ability,single construction direction insufficiency of“Internet+”and not obvious role play.This paper takes Anhui Open University as an example,from the aspects of standardizing the training system,optimizing the construction of resources,strengthening the teaching staff,integrating into the market to play the brand effect,and so on,puts forward the ideas and methods to solve the problem,in order to provide a new path for the sustainable development of Open University at all levels.
