积极老龄化视域下老年教育发展的站位、挑战与路径

摘  要:国家积极老龄化战略的提出和实施要求新时代的老年教育发展立足于落实积极老龄化战略目标、秉持终身教育价值追寻、实现老年人自身权益的需要。但当前老年教育发展中存在老年教育理论研究欠缺、供需矛盾凸显、老年教育体系不完善等挑战。为此,老年教育发展需要重视理论研究,奠定老年教育持续发展根基;构建多系统宽平台的支撑体系,保障老年人受教育的机会公平;引导社会力量共同参与,构建老年教育服务体系。The proposal and implementation of the national active aging strategy demand that the development of elderly education in the new era be grounded in implementing the objectives of the active aging strategy,upholding the values of lifelong learning,and addressing the needs for protecting the rights of the elderly.However,challenges persist in current development of elderly education,including a lack of theoretical research,prominent supply-demand contradictions,and an incomplete elderly education system.Therefore,the development of elderly education should attach great importance on theoretical research to lay a foundation for its sustainable development,build a multi-system,broad-platform supporting system to ensure equitable access to education for the elderly,and instruct social forces to participate in constructing a comprehensive elderly education service system.
