新质生产力与中国式职业教育现代化的互动关系

摘  要:职业教育与新质生产力之间并不是线性的直接互动关系,而是一种广延式互动。在新质生产力引领职业教育改革的过程中,职业教育不断适应并服务新质生产力的发展,进而实现职业教育的中国式现代化。如今,中国职业教育现代化体系尚未健全,现代化产教融合的有效深度不够,现代化办学的要素质量偏低,所以,职业教育难以适应新质生产力的全部要素、引领力度与发展速度,新质生产力引领中国式职业教育现代化的强大动力没有得到充分释放。因此,为推进新质生产力与中国式职业教育现代化之间的广延式互动,实现在引领中适应的现代式发展,有必要优化现代职业教育体系建设,适应新质生产力的全要素发展;深化产教融合、科教融汇,延展新质生产力的多场景发展广度;全面启动职业教育“五金”建设,夯实新质生产力发展的广延基础。The relationship between vocational education and new-quality productivity is not a linear direct interaction,but an extensive interaction.In the process of the reform of vocational education led by the newquality productive forces,vocational education constantly adapts to and serves the development of the new-quality productive forces,and then realizes the Chinese modernization of vocational education.At present,China's vocational education modernization system is not yet perfect,the effective depth of the integration of modern production and education is not enough,and the quality of the elements of modern education is low,so it is difficult for vocational education to adapt to all the elements,leading force and development speed of new-quality productivity,and the strong driving force of the new-quality productivity to lead the modernization of Chinese vocational education has not been fully unleashed.In order to promote the extensive interaction between newquality productivity and the modernization of Chinese vocational education and realize the modern development that adapts to the guidance,it is necessary to optimize the construction of the modern vocational education system and adapt to the development of the all-factor of the new-quality productivity;to deepen the integration of production and education,the integration of science and education,and extend the depth of multi-scene development of new-quality productivity;and comprehensively start the construction of vocational education“hardware”and consolidate the extensive foundation for the development of new-quality productive forces.
