摘　　要：文章通过分析建筑业转型升级背景下高职建设工程管理专业人才培养的必要性,针对高职建设工程管理专业人才培养中存在的人才培养与产业需求错位、课程体系更新滞后、校企合作不深入等问题,以建设工程管理专业核心课程“建设工程项目管理”为例,提出了确立“1+X”教学目标、构建“KTIE”模块化教学机制、搭设“岗课赛证”融通教学体系和完善人才培养保障机制等具体改革路径,旨在为建筑行业培养更多高素质技术技能人才提供借鉴。On the basis of expounding the necessity of talent cultivation for higher vocational construction engineering management under the background of transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Taking the course of"construction project management"as an example,the thesis concluded that research findings indicate that there are issues of misalignment between talent cultivation and industrial demand,lagging curriculum,and lacks of school-enterprise cooperation.In response to these issues,reform paths are proposed,including setting"1+X"teaching objectives,constructing a"KTIE"modular teaching pattern,establishing a"post-course-competition-certificate"integrated system,and perfecting talent cultivation mechanisms,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents.
