旋流干燥对酒糟热裂解的影响

摘  要:采用不同温度和进料速率,研究旋流自转干燥对酒糟干燥后含水率和挥发性的影响,并进一步探究不同含水率的酒糟进行热裂解后产物的分布。结果表明,旋流自转干燥可实现酒糟的高效脱水,在100℃下以40 kg/h的速率干燥可将酒糟含水率从约60%降低至4.49%,且可除去多数挥发性有机物。不同含水率酒糟热裂解的试验结果表明,降低含水率可使热裂解制备更多气体产物,且可促进具有高热值可燃气的生成。采用含水率为5%的酒糟在800℃进行热裂解,热解气占总产物的39.3%,且高热值的H_(2)和烃类分别占热解气的35.7%和25.9%。上述结果表明,旋流自转干燥可实现酒糟的高效脱水,且对于酒糟进一步热裂解制备可燃气有促进作用,可望解决困扰酿酒企业的酒糟的资源化、能源化利用问题。In this study,novel cyclonic drying was conducted to efficiently reduce the moisture content of distillers’grains.Various temperatures and adding rates were chosen to investigated their effects on the moisture content and the amount of volatile organic compounds.Further investigation regarding the effect of moisture content on distillers’grains pyrolysis products distribution was also conducted.The results indicated that cyclonic drying efficiently reduced the moisture content of distillers’grains,with the moisture content declining from 60%to 4.49%after drying at 100℃with the rate of 40 kg/h.Most of the volatile organic compounds would be also removed under this condition.Further pyrolysis results of the samples with multiple moisture content revealed that reducing the moisture content promoted the production of gaseous products of distillers’grains pyrolysis,and the content of combustible gas with high caloric value of gaseous products was significantly improved.The gaseous product obtained by pyrolysis accounted for 39.3%of total products,with the content of 35.7%and 25.9%of H_(2) and hydrocarbon,respectively,when the raw distillers’grains with 5%moisture content were pyrolyzed at 800℃.The results suggest that cyclonic drying is a promising technique for efficient distillers’grains dehydration,which can improve the combustible gas production of pyrolysis and is expected to resolve the issue of distillers’grains valorization that perplex the Baijiu industries.
