摘 要:校企合作在当前已成为高校培养应用型人才的重要途径,积极推进校企合作的培养模式创新也成为研究热点。文章通过对北京服装学院商学院与十如仕品牌之间校企合作典型案例的研究,分析本次校企联合课程的培养方案与合作模式。研究发现,联合课程的设置可以满足企业需求,校企合作在实践中主要存在着学生创新能力受限、技能与岗位不完全匹配、企业动力不足和校企理念不一致等问题。通过对校企合作效果的评估,给出针对性建议,以期提炼出可借鉴的校企合作的模式。University-enterprise cooperation has become an important way for universities to cultivate application-oriented talents.Actively promoting the innovation of training models through university-enterprise cooperation has also become a research hotspot.This study analyzes the training program and cooperation model of the joint course between the Business School of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology and the Shiruishi brand.The research finds that the joint course setup can meet the needs of enterprises.However,in practice,university-enterprise cooperation mainly faces issues such as limited student innovation ability,mismatch between skills and job positions,insufficient enterprise motivation,and inconsistent university-enterprise concepts.By evaluating the effectiveness of university-enterprise cooperation,targeted suggestions are provided to extract a replicable model of university-enterprise cooperation.
