摘  要:脑灰质异位症可由遗传、辐射、药物等多种因素导致,其特征为正常神经元异常聚集于脑皮质以外的部位。依据异位灰质的形态及部位,可将脑灰质异位症分为脑室周围灰质异位、皮质下带状灰质异位和皮质下灰质异位。脑灰质异位症的临床表现包括癫痫、智力缺陷、认知及语言障碍等。磁共振成像为诊断脑灰质异位症的首选检查手段。目前,脑灰质异位症相关性癫痫的治疗多为药物治疗与手术治疗。近年来,立体脑电图引导的射频热凝越来越受到重视,针对认知、运动、语言的康复训练亦有利于改善患者的生活质量。Gray matter heterotopia can be caused by many factors,including genetics,radiation,and drug.It is characterized by abnormal aggregation of normal neurons outside the cortex.According to the shape and location of the ectopic gray matter,gray matter heterotopia can be divided into periventricular heterotopia,subcortical band heterotopia and subcortical heterotopia.The clinical manifestations of gray matter heterotopia include epilepsy,intellectual deficiency,cognitive impairment,and aphasis.Magnetic resonance imaging is preferred for diagnosis of gray matter heterotopia.At present,the therapies of gray matter heterotopia associated epilepsy are usually drug and surgery.In recent years,stereoencephalogram-guided radio-frequency thermo-coagulation has attracted more and more attention.Cognitive,motor and language rehabilitation training is also beneficial to improve the quality of patients’life.
