摘 要:在儿童早期阅读活动中教师扮演着重要的角色,对教师教学行为水平的考察成为现实需要。本研究以施良方等划分的教师教学行为结构为框架,结合早期阅读教学的内涵和实践,参考周兢等所列儿童早期书面语言核心经验目标及较为成熟的国内外相关文献,初步建立了幼儿园教师早期阅读教学行为观察评估指标体系,在此基础上通过德尔菲法评议后确定了幼儿园教师早期阅读教学行为评估的3个一级指标、5个二级指标、30个三级指标,形成了幼儿园早期阅读教学行为观察评估指标体系。Teachers play an important role in early childhood reading activities,and the assessment of their teaching behavior level has become a practical need.This study takes the teacher teaching behavior structure divided by Shi Liangfang and others as the framework,combined with the connotation and practice of early reading teaching,and referring to the core experience goals of early written language for children listed by Zhou Jing and other experts,as well as mature domestic and foreign literature,a preliminary observation and evaluation index system for early reading teaching behavior of kindergarten teachers was established.Based on this,the Delphi method was used to evaluate and determine three primary indicators,five secondary indicators,and thirty tertiary indicators for early reading teaching behavior evaluation of kindergarten teachers,forming an observation and evaluation index system for early reading teaching behavior in kindergarten.
