摘 要:以教育人类学为视角,通过对A大学毕业典礼的个案研究,发现目前高校毕业典礼能够实现教育情境强化、共同体认同感强化的功能,高校毕业生通过毕业典礼仪式的方式由学生身份过渡为社会人身份。同时,研究还发现,仪式组织者的组织混乱、仪式过程流程化,忽视了仪式背后所蕴含的情绪力量、仪式神圣性等问题,导致高校毕业典礼的上述三种功能弱化,不能达到预期效果。毕业典礼作为学生过渡为社会人的重要仪式,组织者应当超越简单的组织与管理身份,重视仪式背后的文化内涵,注重仪式的教育效果,从而保障毕业生顺利过渡社会身份,以恰当的认知与意识承担相应的社会责任。From the perspective of educational anthropology,through the case study of the graduation ceremony of University A,it was found that currently,the graduation ceremonies in colleges and universities could realize the functions of strengthening the educational situation and enhancing the sense of community identity,and college graduates could transit from the identity of students to that of social members through the graduation ceremony.At the same time,the study also found that the disorganized arrangements by the ceremony organizers and the overly routinized process of the ceremony,along with the neglect of the emotional power and the sacredness inherent in the ceremony,have led to the weakening of the above three functions of college graduation ceremonies,failing to achieve the expected results.As an important ceremony for students to transit into social members,the organizers of the graduation ceremony should go beyond their simple organizational and management identities,and they should attach great importance to the cultural connotations behind the ceremony,and pay attention to the educational effects,so as to ensure the smooth transition of graduates’social identities and assume the corresponding social responsibilities with appropriate cognition and awareness.
