从育人价值的本位出发构建西医院校中医学课程思政的探索

摘  要:此文围绕以育人为本位的价值理念,对西医院校中医课程思政的构建进行了探索。文章分析了目前西医院校中医课程以及中医课程思政的现状和背景,中医课程思政建设符合国家建设高水平大学、培养高质量人才的要求和维护人类健康的需求,其必要性不言而喻,并具有可行性。从教学目标和计划、教学内容的挖掘与整合、教学形式的改革与创新、教师队伍培训和教学效果评价措施五个方面具体展开,探讨了课程思政构建的内容,为实现以育人为本位的医学人才培养目标提供了思路。Based on the value of education,the construction of ideological and political theories teaching in courses of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in Western medical university was explored.This paper analyzed the current situation and background of TCM courses and ideological and political theories teaching in all courses of TCM in medical schools of Western medicine.The construction of ideological and political theories teaching in courses of TCM is in line with the country’s requirements for constructing high-level universities,cultivating high-quality talents and maintaining human health,which are necessary and also feasible.The contents of curriculum construction were discussed in detail including five aspects as follows:teaching objectives and plans,exploration and integration of teaching contents,reform and innovation of teaching forms,teacher team training and teaching efficacy evaluation measures.All elements elaborated provide ideas for development of medical talents based on education value in Western medical university.
