摘 要:目的评价基于小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)模式的混合式教学在实验针灸学中的应用效果。方法选择甘肃中医药大学2018级针灸推拿学专业本科生184名作为研究对象,实验组采用SPOC+传统教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。学期末比较两组实验、理论考核成绩及综合成绩,并发放自我评价及课程满意度问卷对教学效果进行评估。结果实验组的实验成绩、理论考核成绩及综合成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);在学情自我评价方面,科研分析能力、自主学习能力、自我监督能力等项目优于对照组(P<0.05)。在沟通表达能力、实验操作能力方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组自评课程难度系数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的课程满意度为93.48%(86/92),高于对照组的82.61%(76/92)(P<0.05)。结论实验针灸学应用混合式教学模式,能显著提升教学效果,使学生的理论基础与实践能力同时提高,值得在教学中进一步应用。Objective To evaluate the application effect of blended teaching in experimental acupuncture and moxibustion teaching based on SPOC.Methods A total of 184 undergraduates majoring in acupuncture and massage in Grade 2018 of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.The experimental group was taught by SPOC and traditional teaching mode,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching mode.At the end of the semester,the experimental scores,theory examination and comprehensive performance under the two different teaching modes were compared to evaluate the teaching effect,and Selfevaluation and students satisfaction with the course were investigated.Results The experimental,theoretical and comprehensive scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of self-evaluation of learning situation,research analysis ability,independent learning ability,self-supervision ability were better than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in communication and expression ability and experimental operation ability(P>0.05).The difficulty coefficient of self-rated courses in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The course satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.48%(86/92),which was higher than that of the control group(82.61%,76/92)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of blended teaching mode in the teaching of experimental acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the teaching effect,improve students’theoretical basis and practical ability at the same time,which is worthy of further application in teaching.
