摘　　要：文化意识形态是指以文化为表征结构和依存载体、以意识形态为内在属性的意义体系,包含目标论、功能论和方法论。新时代文化意识形态目标论强调巩固维护党的执政地位、推动国家富强民族复兴、满足人民精神富裕需要,是文化的首要政治现实目标、重要政治历史使命和根本政治价值归宿。新时代文化意识形态功能论强调文化发挥政治认同、批判、整合功能,凝聚普遍政治共识,抵御西方意识形态侵袭,汇聚意识形态力量。新时代文化意识形态方法论强调壮大文化的根本领导力量,着力巩固党对文化工作的领导权;创新文化的基本工作机制,着力推进宣传思想文化工作贯通;坚定文化的政治价值导向,着力构建意识形态引领文化格局。深刻理解把握新时代文化意识形态的内涵意蕴,对于维护意识形态安全、推进文化强国建设具有重要意义。Cultural ideology refers to a meaning system that takes culture as its representational structure and carrier,and ideology as its intrinsic attribute,including the theories of goal,function,and methodology.The goal theory of cultural ideology in the new era emphasizes consolidating and safeguarding the ruling position of the Party,promoting national prosperity and rejuvenation,and meeting the spiritual needs of the Chinese people.These represent the primary political and practical goals,important political and historical missions and fundamental political value of culture.The function theory of cultural ideology in the new era highlights that culture plays the functions of political identification,criticism,and integration.It also asserts that culture serves to forge widespread political consensus,resist Western ideological encroachment,and converge ideological forces.The methodology of cultural ideology in the new era stresses that the fundamental leading force of culture should be strengthened to consolidate the Party’s leadership of cultural work;the basic working mechanism of culture should be innovated to promote the work of public communication,culture;the political value orientation of culture should be firmly established to build a cultural pattern of ideological leadership.It is of great significance that a deep understanding of the connotations and implications of cultural ideology in the new era be achieved to maintain ideological security and advance the construction of a cultural power.
