摘  要:在“三教”改革背景下,教师教学创新团队建设是提升职业教育质量的关键。文章以四川工程职业技术大学航空材料精密成型技术省级职业教育教师教学创新团队建设为例,通过分析团队建设的背景、目标、措施和成果,解析“三教”改革对教师团队建设的新要求,从教师专业发展、教学内容与方法创新、团队协作机制构建几个方面,详细阐述了航空材料精密成型技术专业教师团队建设的具体路径,探讨了职业教育教师教学创新团队的建设实施策略及成效,总结了创新团队在教师能力提升、教学资源建设、产教融合、社会服务等方面的经验与做法,拟为其他职业教育专业团队建设提供可借鉴的模式。In the context of the reform of teachers,the construction of teaching innovation teams is the key to improving vocational education quality.This article takes the construction of Aviation Material Precision Forming Technology Provincial Vocational Education Teacher Teaching Innovation Team of Sichuan Polytechnic University as an example;by analyzing the background,objectives,measurements,and achievements of the team construction,it explains the new requirements of the three teachings reform on teacher team construction.It elaborates on the specific path of the aviation material precision forming technology professional teacher team construction from the perspectives of teacher professional development,teaching content and method innovation,and team cooperation mechanism construction.It discusses the construction path,implementation strategy,and achievements of vocational education teacher teaching innovation teams,summarizes the experience and practices of the innovation team in improving teacher ability,building teaching resources,integrating education and industry,and providing social services,and provides a reference model for other vocational education professional team construction.
