摘  要:高校安全稳定是国家和社会正常运行的基石,这不仅关系到高等教育的建设和发展,对民族振兴、国家强盛也意义重大。高校师生来源地域广、人员密集度高,以及作为培养高级人才基地的教科研特殊性质,应该如何应对突发危机事件,保障教育教学质量,是高校管理者必须思考的问题。在危机管理的视角下,深入分析高校面对危机时的教学管理现状,剖析高校教学管理面临的问题,在“缩减、预备、反应、恢复”四个阶段建立起高校教学质量保障机制,以期提高高校处理突发危机事件的能力,全力保障高校教育教学的质量。The security and stability of higher education institutions is the cornerstone of the normal operation of the state and society,which is not only related to the construction and development of higher education,but also of significant implications to national revitalization and national prosperity.With a wide geographical origin of teachers and students,high population density,and the special nature of teaching and research as being a base for cultivating high-level talents,how to respond to unexpected crisis events and ensure the quality of education and teaching is a problem that higher education managers must consider.Based on the perspective of crisis management,this article deeply analyzes the present situation and problems of teaching management in colleges and universities in the face of crisis.It establishes a mechanism for ensuring the quality of higher education teaching in the four stages of"curtailment,preparation,response,and restoration",in order to improve the ability of higher education institutions to handle sudden crisis and guarantee the quality of higher education teaching during the crisis period.
